The Newberry Animal Clinic was established in 1987 to serve the needs of Newberry area pets.
Dr. Cheryl Makowski, a graduate of Michigan State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine, began working at the clinic in 1993 and purchased the practice in 2002.
Dr. Makowski is a member of the Michigan Veterinary Medical Association and the Veterinary Information Network (VIN). Attending yearly veterinary conferences and being a member of the VIN allows her to keep up-to-date with the ever changing world of veterinary medicine.
The other hardworking, caring members of our team are Julie Guilmette, Cassie Kilgore, and Kathy Hoogterp.
Together, we provide kind and compassionate medical care for your pets.
